- Project Overview
The video started as a concept of “what if we could do a Nike ad.”
After outlining some of our ideas and storyboard, a majority of this project came together pretty quickly (the next day).
Since doing multiple animation projects we have always wanted to use a gritty voiceover, at least once. We found a candidate we back pocketed for the role 6 months ago, we finally had the oppertunity to hire him for this project.
Let’s just say he did an amazing job and makes me have vocal envy.
We wanted our SFX to take center stage in the video.
The sound in the video’s was created by our very own Sound designer and it’s easily one of his best works as of yet.
Our lead animator created the can in Cinema 4D then tacked on the Manaheal label.
We then drop the lighting in and went to work fine tuning the motion.
Needless to say once it was done we were so pumped up (broke some furniture) after watching the final version.
We know you will be too!
We had a lot of fun putting this project together and it’s definitely one of our favorites.
