Meet Ringo.
A serial entrepreneur based in Canada and co-founder at 360 Lending, he came to us needing a series of videos to promote his services. He didn’t want another finance explainer that put people to sleep by minute two. He wanted people to actually understand the concepts he was explaining, and position their company as the most helpful.
How was his experience with Optious? Hear it from him. Watch Ringo’s testimonial video below π.
He had two real challenges, and none of them were small
First, the video needed to match his website exactly. Same colors, same UI cues, same visual language, so that when someone finished watching and clicked over to the site, nothing felt out of place. Just one continuous experience from video to site.
Second, and honestly the hardest one, he needed us to explain real financial concepts, the kind that usually take a loan officer twenty minutes and a whiteboard, in under 30 seconds. Lending terms are not exactly built for short attention spans. But that was the brief. Make it fast, make it clear, and don’t lose anyone in the process.

The script and visuals had to work together, one carries the setup, the other lands the point. By the end of 30 seconds, the audience walks away with a real, working understanding of a concept that usually takes a mortgage broker three cups of coffee to explain.
Working with Ringo and the 360 Lending team has been a genuinely great experience. He came in knowing exactly what he needed and trusted us to figure out how to make it work in a format most people would call impossible. That kind of trust is the whole job, honestly, deliver work that goes beyond expectations and creates real impact for the client.
