Cape Analytics needed a video to loop at their tradeshow for the second time around, and we both agree this is our best one yet.
The First Video
Our first trade show video with Cape Analytics was more than just an intro, it was where we really got to know their brand. Through that process, we helped establish a distinct visual style that stood out on the floor and set the tone for their presence. That initial collaboration became the launchpad for the second video, where we built on what worked and pushed the look even further.
The Goal
If the main element for the first video was tracking motion graphics on stock footage; then the focus for this video was the sequences of creative kinetic typography. We would have to account for time the text stayed on-screen to make sure the text was still readable to passerby. Especially because having a voiceover on the video wouldn’t be feasible at such an event.
We had some time put aside to generate ideas for kinetic text, which included research for some of the more unfamiliar terminology for a better understanding.

The Result
We also experimented with a little bit of 3D work, lighting and texturing the house. Overall, we’re proud of how this one came out.
