How We SaaS
This kinetic typography piece proves we don’t just understand SaaS, we make it move in all the right ways
The Ask:
We’ve made plenty of kinetic typography videos for clients, but we figured it was time to make one for ourselves. The goal? Show what we can do in a short, punchy format that speaks directly to SaaS founders and marketers.
The Approach:
We wanted to start strong, so we opened with the word “connect”, paired with bold gradients to stand out from the dark background. From there, the piece evolved as we worked. Some details, like the blinking eye and “vision” flare, were late additions that helped breathe life into the sequence. We mixed in carefully chosen stock footage to ground the messaging, like a laptop scene where we tracked in notification graphics.
Some shots came out of pure fun, like the dancing guy. No real reason, we just liked him. The same goes for the floating hearts (a callback to a past client project), and a few quirky stock clips we dropped in to keep the tone light. The testimonials were short on screen by design; if someone wants to read them, they’ll pause.
This one was about showing our voice, not just our skills. It’s fast, layered, and unapologetically us. And yeah, the dog stayed in, because we liked him.
